Google for Entrepreneurs Partners With Women 2.0

In September, Google launched Google for Entrepreneurs, a new umbrella of global programs and partnerships to support startups and entrepreneurs. As part of their effort, Google teamed up with Women 2.0, and their first joint initiative includes bringing Founder Friday events to more cities around the world! A few of my photos from Founder Friday LA are featured on Women 2.0's Google for Entrepreneurs page and article announcing the partnership.

I started following Women 2.0 a few years ago while working for a startup in San Francisco, and started shooting for them last year. I remember interviewing Shaherose for our video about Founder Friday in August last year, and her excitement to see Founder Friday events - which were only taking place in SF and NY at the time - take place in cities everywhere. You can now attend an event in San Francisco, Palo Alto, Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego, Austin, New York, Boston, Madrid, Barcelona, Buenos Aires, Santiago, Bogotá, Mexico City, Vancouver, and even more cities soon!

You can view more photos from past Founder Friday events on Facebook here and here, as well as photos from  the February 14th PITCH Conference and Founder Friday LA

Founder Friday events take place every first Friday of the month, and you can RSVP for one in a city near you and follow updates on Twitter @FounderFriday and @women2.
